The Role

The AI Research Intern will be involved in developing an AI capability for Compugen focused on a well-defined usage model. The foundation will be to use a Large Language Model (LLM) engine, and the objective of this role is to create a local LLM that can run on a standalone basis within a customer’s secure network.
There is a need to develop a basic understanding of how current models work and what types of applications would be most appropriate. Our goal at Compugen will be to help guide our customers on this journey in a structured manner.

The Role

The Business Analyst Intern will work directly with the Senior Operations Manager, Logistics and Repair to map process flows within the Configuration Centre, Repair Centre and the Re Use groups to improve operational reporting.
What the Role Entails:
- Gather and document operating procedure and workflow requirements
- Working in conjunction with the team, evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements and uncover areas for improvement
- Lead requirement gathering discussions across all cross functional departments and technology vendors
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings; documenting and communicating the results of your efforts

The Role

The Operations team relies on business analytics to identify future business opportunities and report the performance. The Business Intelligence Analyst Intern will work with the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to learn about Compugen’s data collection, modelling and visualization methods with the goal of enhancing reporting effectiveness and efficiency.
What the Role Entails:
- Provide analytical support via hands-on Excel work while leveraging other tools as necessary (SQL, PowerBI, Power Automate, Java Script); Understand data and business flows to accurately gather, create and analyze data from complex data sources. Identify opportunities to improve the look and feel of various reports
- Maintain data cleanliness, ensuring accuracy of reports and source data
- Work on Business Intelligence reporting structure and content organization
- Participate in database and BI Package development sessions to document solutions and provide input to enhancements

- Contribute to security compliance efforts for both accounts and endpoints

- Support the registration of all Compugen assets in Intune for streamlined asset management

What the Role Entails:
Client delivery activities (50%)
- Provide support to delivery consultants and project management staff

Reporting to: Director, Portfolio Management

The Role

In addition to the maintenance of the Service Catalogue, the Intern will help us plan and design our next-generation Service Catalogue. This role involves two primary projects:
- Oversee the migration of the Service Catalogue to SharePoint Online
- Formulate a plan for shifting the Catalogue to being customer self-service (vs. current internal)
What the Role Entails:
- Service Catalogue Administration:
o Update content and files (e.g., price changes)
o Activity analysis through tracking of what is working and what needs attention
o Aged item recommendations based on criteria
o Improvements to appearance and relevance
o Monthly report generation
o Publish updates to service offers:
o Coordinate collateral creation and translation with Marketing
o Coordinate item code (SKU) creation with Sales Operations
- Service Catalogue Dashboard (PowerBI) administration:
o Monitor the Service Dashboard and identify any anomalies in its data or functionality
o Regularly review the dashboard for staleness and performance gaps; highlighting these so corrective actions can be taken
o Track and report on the resolution of all SC Dashboard related issues and remediations
- Projects:
- Migration of the Service Catalogue from SharePoint to SharePoint Online
- Create a testdev version of the Catalogue using SharePoint Online
- Migrate content from the old catalogue to the new testdev version
- Create content and links to other resources as needed
- Oversee the cut over into production

Position: SharePoint Migration Intern
Reporting to: Purchasing Manager

The Role

The SharePoint Migration Intern will manage a key project within our Purchasing team of migrating the current document management system to Microsoft SharePoint Cloud. This project will not only optimize workflow efficiency but also facilitate a comprehensive rebuilding of our Vendor SharePoint Site, improving accessibility to information and the user experience.
What the Role Entails:
- Gather requirements from internal stakeholders to determine goals and needs of the new SharePoint environment
- Analyze existing data, content and configurations, and translate them into a new environment identifying ways to optimize data layout and efficiency
- Modify, test and debug SharePoint pages ensuring the new environment is working optimally
- Support with the launch of the new SharePoint environment including end user training

In addition to the maintenance of the Service Catalogue, the Intern will help us plan and design our next-generation Service Catalogue. This role involves two primary projects:
- Oversee the migration of the Service Catalogue to SharePoint Online
- Formulate a plan for shifting the Catalogue to being customer self-service (vs. current internal)
What the Role Entails:
- Service Catalogue Administration:
o Update content and files (e.g., price changes)
o Activity analysis through tracking of what is working and what needs attention
o Aged item recommendations based on criteria
o Improvements to appearance and relevance
o Monthly report generation
o Publish updates to service offers:
o Coordinate collateral creation and translation with Marketing
o Coordinate item code (SKU) creation with Sales Operations
- Service Catalogue Dashboard (PowerBI) administration:
o Monitor the Service Dashboard and identify any anomalies in its data or functionality

This project will not only optimize workflow efficiency but also facilitate a comprehensive rebuilding of our Vendor SharePoint Site, improving accessibility to information and the user experience.
What the Role Entails:
- Gather requirements from internal stakeholders to determine goals and needs of the new SharePoint environment
- Analyze existing data, content and configurations, and translate them into a new environment identifying ways to optimize data layout and efficiency
- Modify, test and debug SharePoint pages ensuring the new environment is working optimally
- Support with the launch of the new SharePoint environment including end user training
Skills and Qualifications You’ll Bring:
- Strong experience with SharePoint (i.e. workflow creation, library migration, etc.) and basic understanding of document management systems
- Strong data, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- You must be comfortable working in a hybrid work model with a combination of remote plus onsite work

My internship at Compugen was a wonderful experience! I had great support from my manager, and the culture is collaborative and all about working as a team. Throughout my experience, I gained problem solving skills and learned how to use various scheduling and content creation tools specific to Marketing.
